Start your engines. That New York International Auto Show races into New York every spring and turns the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center into an auto buff's dream. Nine days of some of the best automobiles made all over the globe can be found here. Manfuctures like BMW, Chevrolet, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volvo and more all come here to debut the hottest new rides on four wheels.

The latest in automotive transport isn't the only thing you'll find here. On display is also the latest high-tech car gear that will turn heads. And for classic car fanatics, there is also section devoted to quenching your nostalgia.

Tickets are $14 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Avoid long lines at the ticket both and purchase your ticket ahead of time at the event's website.
