Ninth Avenue International Food Festival
Taking place every year the weekend after Mother's Day, the Ninth Avenue International Food Festival in Hell's Kitchen showcases the different flavors of the neighborhood. Ninth Avenue is home a dizzying variety of ethnic restaurants, all which come out for the fair to tantalize visitors' taste buds. The festival stretches from 37th Avenue to 57th Avenue, making it 20 blocks of great cuisine.
Restaurants aren't giving the food away for free, but many offer great food for a good deal. Music and live entertainment also are on the menu.
