Salisbury Hotel

This Neo-Gothic brick-and-stone building first opened as a hotel in 1931 and is still owned by the Calvary Baptist Church, which occupies the building's first five floors. Church operations are entirely separate, although it's not uncommon to hear snatches of the church choir at practice from the hotel's lobby. The hotel is within walking distance to all the top New York attractions, including Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall and the Fifth Avenue shops.
