Further north in NoLIta, Elizabeth Street mirrors more SoHo than chaotic, open-air market that it seems to be a few blocks south. One-of-a-kind boutiques have quality clothing and funky accessories that are sure to make you the envy of your friends back home. Of course, this uniqueness comes at a price, so don’t be shocked at the prices. Unfortunately, bargaining isn’t the norm here.
